We’re very pleased to welcome James P. Marra as our conference chairman. Jim is director of business development at Blue Point Capital Partners, based in its Cleveland office.
Blue Point manages over $800 million in committed capital across its second and third institutional funds, and is one of only a few U.S. middle-market private equity firms with a China presence.
Jim joined Blue Point in 1991. Before that, he was a vice president at Citicorp, holding various positions in the leveraged capital, investment banking, and venture capital groups. Jim currently sits on the boards of Libra Industries and G&L Manufacturing.
Jim earned a BS in psychology from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
