There is no way to please all LPs all the time!

With an all-time high of over 2,200 PE funds seeking over $800 billion from investors, it's clear you have tough competition. Fundraising channels have become so specialized that to succeed in the current environment, you need to be highly strategic in how you target prospective LPs.

  • How do you differentiate your fund to stand out to institutional LPs?
  • How do you approach high net worth individuals?
  • How soon will retail investors become part of the fundraising landscape?
  • Are you going to offer co-investment opportunities?
  • What can you do to attract a seeding strategy? Are there other unconventional economic incentives that you should consider?

Attend this full-day conference from The Capital Roundtable to hear about the decision processes that are part of pitching your fund.

Learn how to develop your fundraising story and get limited partners to pay attention! Attend The Capital Roundtable’s ENCORE conference -- “Best Practices for Successful Fundraising for PE Funds,” being held in New York City, Wednesday, October 28.

Here Are Three Reasons Why You Should Join Us

  1. Find out why more and more LPs are being attracted to smaller and mid-market firms.
  2. Hear the top attributes LPs like to see in PE funds -- and conversely, their top grievances.
  3. Discover how to provide LPs with an "ah-ha" moment that positions your fund as truly unique.

Click here to receive your best rate -- a savings of $400 on our regular conference rates.

Over the Coming Months

You'll gain greater insight about how to get in front of the LPs you want to see -- and how to have successful meetings when you do. This conference will cover such topics as --

  • Are LPs committing larger sums to fewer funds, or do smaller and newer funds still find audiences?
  • What is the preference of most LPs between specialized funds and generalist funds?
  • Is there an impact on fundraising when PE firms move to charge management fees based on invested rather than committed capital?
  • When is co-investment in demand by LPs and how should fundraisers be responding? How can you prepare for increased regulatory scrutiny?
  • How can you best navigate the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) whether or not you have a major EU presence?
  • What level of back office structure do you need to satisfy the demands of pension and endowment funds?
  • Which LPs tend to be more flexible than others? Which are likely to seek greater control?

Three More Reasons Why You Should Join Us

  1. Find out the key omissions that can derail a fundraising effort.
  2. Realize how to best take advantage of the retail trend that can open your fund to accredited investors.
  3. Learn how to ask the right questions during due diligence and how to best utilize your time.
